Terrible and fantastic! Which are neither bad nor good - I accept both with open arms and see them and the world around me as necessary at this moment. Acceptance like this empowers me to not let my feelings control me. The me in Total is more than simply feelings and is both strong and fragile. The self and the universe are the same thing. It is only the feeling of selfness that creates the illusory boundary. Acceptance of the self as experiencer (not controller) of Nature has to some degree freed me to share my experiences with others.

i think now that it is true that one goes through pain to bring beauty into the world (i now sometimes laugh and cry at the same time - both are blissful joyous emotions). i am only grateful that i have been given the chance to do exactly that: to be able to express some of the process of my being with language and communicate it to close peers.
